Contoocook Valley School District Moderator Bob Edwards announces that a recount request was delivered to the district clerk today.
The request will be reviewed to determine that all the required steps have been followed to officially initiate the process. Once that determination is made, the recount will be held between 5 to 10 days from when the request was granted.
“We will continue to follow the statutory process laid out by the state regarding the recount process to ensure that all the necessary steps are taken,” Moderator Edwards said.
More information, including an official date for the recount, will be shared when it is available.
