PETERBOROUGH 一 Superintendent Kimberly Rizzo Saunders is pleased to announce that ConVal School District has welcomed four new administrators at various levels throughout the district.

The new administrators have started — or soon will start — in their roles at Dublin Consolidated, Hancock and Temple Elementary Schools, as well as ConVal High School.

Two of the administrators are individuals who have worked in other roles within the district prior to taking on these new responsibilities.

“Each of these individuals is highly qualified and brings a diverse background and skillset to their new roles,” Superintendent Rizzo Saunders said. “I’m incredibly excited for the contributions they’ll make in directly impacting the lives and experiences of our students.”

Shawne Hilliard

Shawne Hilliard joined the ConVal School District on July 1 as the Community Principal for both the Dublin Consolidated School and Hancock Elementary School.

Hilliard has deep experience working in education, having served seven years as a principal for Weare School District’s elementary and middle schools. Hilliard has also served as an upper-level elementary classroom teacher and Title I Instructor for 10 years, and as an administrator in a preschool and kindergarten program for seven years.

She holds a master’s degree in educational administration from Rivier College and a bachelor’s degree from Boston College.

Timothy Iwanowicz

Timothy Iwanowicz has been named as the new Teaching Principal at Temple Elementary School.

Prior to his appointment as Temple Elementary’s new teaching principal, Iwanowicz worked as a fifth grade language arts teacher at South Meadow Middle School, a fourth grade teacher at Greenfield Elementary School, a supervising principal at Francestown, Greenfield and Hancock Elementary Schools and a teaching principal at Greenfield Elementary School.

Iwanowicz began his educational career as a student teacher at Dublin Consolidated School, and has worked in classrooms at ConVal High School and Antrim Elementary School. In all, he has 18 years of experience as a classroom teacher, and 10 as a principal.

He holds bachelor’s degree in art from Hartwick College and a master’s of education degree in administration and supervision from Antioch New England University.

Kevin Proctor

Kevin Proctor will expand his role in district when he begins his role as Director of Athletics and Co-Curricular Activities at ConVal High School on July 25.

Proctor has an extensive coaching background in ConVal, as well as 16 years of experience as a science teacher at Souhegan High School. He’s also worked in leadership roles, overseeing the 10th-grade team at Souhegan as well as advising students on ethics.

Proctor has previously served as the varsity and junior varsity boys basketball coach for ConVal, and has also coached basketball and other sports at various levels at Souhegan and in Antrim and North Berwick, Maine. Since 2017, Proctor has served as ConVal High School’s Women’s Basketball Coach. Proctor earned a master’s degree in education from the University of New Hampshire in 2005.

Simoneau comes to ConVal with extensive administrative experience. He previously worked as the Assistant Principal of Elm Street Middle School in Nashua from 2018-2022. He previously worked as Conant High School’s athletic director and was a social studies teacher at Conant from 2001-2014.

Simoneau moved into education later in his career, which began with his service in the Air Force, before transitioning to the private sector, where he worked with the Savin Corporation and later General Electric.
