ConVal Community Forum #3

Thursday, May 12, 2022 7:00 PM to 9:00 PM

Lucy Hurlin Theater – ConVal High School and live stream

Early presentation preview and questions

Presentations are a great one way chance for communication. Open and Transparent Question and Answer (Q/A) sessions are one of the most productive ways to ensure a two way engagement of our ConVal Community and school district School Board/Administration.

Our audiences, being both in-person and on-line, present some interesting challenges and opportunities.  In our prior Community Forums we provided for Q/A sessions after each presentation with a last Q/A open session at the end. Each Q/A sessions is in two segments. The first being for the in-person audience and the second being for our on-line audience. This has worked well and we are not changing this process.

While leaving the above as it is we are enhancing the on-line question portion of the process. We are providing you an early short preview of each presentation. With the preview giving you a synopsis of the presentation we are also opening up the email communication early. That way you can submit questions early prior to the forum and concentrate on the full presentation as it takes place. Your early questions will be answered along with questions submitted for the appropriate on-line section.

Attached to this note are the previews for each of the three presentations.

THANK YOU for your participation in the third ConVal Community Forum
