ANTRIM, NH – Superintendent Kimberly Rizzo Saunders is pleased to announce that Adam Caragher has been named as the new principal at the Great Brook School.

“We’re very excited to welcome Adam to ConVal,” said Superintendent Rizzo Saunders. “He has diverse educational experience both inside and outside of the classroom, and we are excited for the contributions he’ll make leading the Great Brook School community.”

He began his career as a sixth-grade teacher and later administrator at the ABC Academy in Malawi for three years. After returning to the U.S., Caragher served as Executive Director for Pathway Ministries, where he ran operations for the organization’s youth camp.

Later, Caragher served as interim principal and administrator for the Webster Baptist School in Websterville, Vermont. He then went on to become a history teacher and school-to-career coordinator at Murdock Middle High School in Winchendon. He’s most recently served as the principal at Merrimack Middle School.

Caragher received his Bachelor’s degree in social studies and secondary education from Greenville College in Greenville, Illinois. He later went on to get his master’s of education in organizational management from Endicott College.

Caragher will begin his role in the position on July 1.
