DUBLIN – Superintendent Kimberly Rizzo Saunders and Principal Shawne Hilliard are pleased to share that the circus came to Dublin Consolidated School last week.
Troy Wunderle, an accomplished Circus performer, from Wunderle’s Big Top Adventure visited the school from Feb. 6-10. He taught students a variety of stunts to bring out their talents during gym class including juggling, stilt walking and balancing acts.
Students put all they learned to the test at a performance for parents and friends on Feb. 10.
“It was great to see our students grow in self-discipline and confidence as they prepared for their final performance,” Principal Hilliard said. “Students had so much fun learning from Troy from Wunderle’s Big Top Adventure and I thank him for teaching our students these exciting skills.”
This event was sponsored by the Dublin Community Foundation.
