PETERBOROUGH — Superintendent Kimberly Rizzo Saunders and the ConVal School District are pleased to share information about summer learning programs for students.

All programs are free, and registration is open to all students in the district. Enrollment will be prioritized based on academic and experiential needs. Though demand is expected to be high, administrators will work to ensure opportunities are available for as many students as possible.

The district will offer the following programs:

When: Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays, July 5-28, 9 a.m. to 12 p.m.

Students will receive up to an hour and a half of academic support from ConVal certified teachers and tutors each day. The remaining time is reserved for enrichment exploration, including drumming and cartooning. Students entering Grades 5 and 6 will have the opportunity to participate in the Summer Theater: Introduction to Theater Arts, which will present “The Little Mermaid, Jr.”
